If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help and will be happy to accept returns of items purchased on JeanPierreKlifa.com
Discounted or sale items are available for exchange only for an item of similar price.
Returns & Exchanges
You have 3 business days to request a return for an item from the date you received it to be eligible for a refund or an online store credit. Please email customerservice@jeanpierreklifa.com within 3 days of receipt to notify us of your return.
You have 30 calendar days to request an exchange for another item of equal or lesser value. If you would like an item of greater value please make a payment for the difference. We ask that orders are only exchanged one time per order.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, NEVER WORN, Free of smells like smoke and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging. All hangtags must be in place.
If you are requesting an exchange, please specify the requested piece you would like shipped to you. Please also make a note of the shipping address.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within 3-5 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
